The Signmakers (Devonport) purchased Zenith Signs (Hobart) in March 2008 after coming to the conclusion it would be far more practical to purchase a business that is already operating than starting a new factory in Hobart which either way needed to happen to service our increasing list of southern clients.

With the combined skills from both facilities The Signmakers have now become a powerhouse in the sign industry with the real winners being our vast client base as travel costs are almost non existent and fuel costs kept to a minimum due to full manufacturing facilities at each end of the state.

The Signmakers now have the largest sign manufacturing plant in Tasmania with the ability to complete all work in-house and no need to to outsource any works at all thus creating further savings to our clients

Since the (2) facilities have joined forces another (7) staff have been added to the workforce to help cater for the increased workload which now is a total workforce of (32) between the two factories.

The Signmakers have not only forged their good name within Tasmania but also in Victoria with requests to undertake major projects in metropolitan & country Victoria.
